Iced tea

White, black and green tea! That it is summer does not mean that we can not enjoy our favorite tea, since there is the iced tea. The iced tea, as well as the hot, has a number of health benefits.

It is a refreshing beverage for the summer. It boosts mood and hydrate the body with almost zero calories. The best alternative to coffee or other soft drinks is a homemade iced tea.

The preparation is fast and easy. Just follow the 4 steps below.

  1.  Add 4 - 6 tsp. tea leaves/dried fruit tea for 1 L of cold water (9 gr. tea leaves/1 L cold water) or 1 - 2 tsp. tea leaves (2 gr.) for a cup of water (200 ml).
  2. Allow at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add ice or refrigerate for up to 10 hours.
  4. Serve with lemon, fruits of your choice, honey, herbs.

The above preparation of iced tea applies to all varities found in our Iced Tea category. The iced tea should be consumed as soon as possible. 

Store for 2 - 3 days in the refrigerator.

TIPS: You can add 2 - 3 tsp. stevia leaves for more sweat taste!
