  • Temperature: Temperature is one of the most important factors in making a delicious tea. In order to have a good quality tea and tasty, we need to heat the water to the correct temperature according to each individual tea variety. In general, for delicate teas such as white and green, the water temperature should be around 80° C. If you let the water boil you will ruin the taste and most likely have an unpleasant effect. Black tea as well as fruit infusions and herbal teas can let the water boil (100o C). Remember that the more you leave them, the more intense the taste will be.
  • Teapot: Your teapot should be made of durable material and it is advisable to warm up to maintain the required temperature at the time of injection.
  • Tea Leaves: Prefer a quality tea from whole loose leaf teas rather than powders. Remember that the best teas can be used more than once and will give you a cup of tea with all thebeneficial nutrients.
  • Steeping time: Prepare water to the required temperature, add the tea leaves and set the steeping time. Usually, for green tea the steeping time is 2 - 3΄, for white tea 1 - 2΄ and for black tea, herbal tea and fruit tea 3 - 5΄. If steeping time is longer, then your tea will taste bitter.
