Smoothie with matcha tea and turmeric! 

Matcha tea

Ingredients

For a glass, you will need 1 orange (juice), 1 banana, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup chopped carrots, 2 - 3 ice cubes, ½ cup milk, 1 tsp. matcha tea, 1 tsp. ground turmeric (powder), 1 tsp. honey.

Preparation

Whisk the orange juice, half banana, yogurt, carrots, turmeric, ice cubes and transfer to the glass.

Whisk the milk, matcha tea, the rest of the banana in the multi and transfer to the glass. Stir with honey or wait until blended.

Ingredients

For 1 kg ice cream, you will need 3.5% milk (1 L), 5 egg yolks, crystalline sugar (250 g) or fructose, 2 tsp. salt, 1 box whipping cream, matcha tea.

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan heat the milk and half the sugar over low heat until it begins to boil.
  2. Pour the yolks, remaining sugar, salt, matcha tea into a bowl, and stir gently with a spatula until smooth.
  3. Pour the milk into the mixture, stirring vigorously so as not to sting.
  4. Place the whole mixture in the pan and heat over low heat until it begins to thicken.
  5. Remove from the heat and add the cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into a bowl or small baking pan and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and then refrigerate.
  7. Serve ice cream topped with matcha tea and other fruits of your choice.
