Recipe for white tea with orange juice!

Components

  1. 2 gr. pai mu tan tea
  2. 100 ml of boiling water
  3. orange juice (1 orange)
  4. 1 slice of lemon
  5. ice cubes
  6. filters

Instructions

Pour the tea filter into the boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes. Discard the filter and let it cool. Fill a lot of ice cubes in the glass and add the tea and orange juice. In addition, we can pour soft drinks or grape fruit if we desire. For those who would like something stronger ... they can add an alcoholic beverage like gin or even martini. White tea combines perfectly with many herbs, citrus fruits and spices. If you\'re at home, let your imagination to work and ... enjoy!

What about a matcha latte with Japanese culture?

Matcha tea

Components

  1. 1 cup of animal milk or coconut milk or almond milk
  2. 1 tsp honey or crystalline sugar or brown sugar or any other sweetener of your choice
  3. 0.5 - 1 tsp matcha tea

Instructions

Heat the milk and remove away from the heat before boiling. In a bowl, dissolve matcha tea with 3 - 4 tbsp of water. Pour the tea and milk into the multi to make it foamy. Fill the cup with ice cubes and add the mixture slowly. Fill your strength and wellness with an iced matcha latte along with your breakfast!

Recipe for a non alcoholic cocktail with black tea!

  1. 150 ml black Ceylon tea (Orange Pekoe)
  2. 1 tsp honey or anything else for a sweet taste
  3. 50 ml lemon juice (1 medium lemon)

Instructions

Brew black Ceylon tea according to the instructions for each type of tea. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add lemon juice and honey to the tea and stir. Fill a glass with ice cubes and toss. In a dark tea like black tea we can combine orange, lemon, pink rose, lavender and more.

And something more strong … an alcoholic cocktail with matcha tea!

Matcha tea

Components

  1. 100 ml of soda or tonic
  2. 50 ml whiskey or if you prefer vodka, bacardi, martini, gin, and even any liqueur of your choice
  3. 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  4. 0.5 tsp Matcha tea
  5. 1 slice of lemon for serving

Instructions

Add the alcoholic beverage, lemon juice, honey, matcha tea to a shaker and whisk. Pour the mixture into a glass of ice cubes and add the soda. Serve with a slice of lemon.
